Return and Refund Policy

We are working with different little craft businesses around the globe to offer you unique products.
Every producer has different policies regarding return and refund.

As general rule, if the product has to be sent back, the buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

The following cases are eligible for a refund:

 

1. The incorrect item was received in terms of color, size, or model (evidence is needed).

2. The item is used or defective (evidence is needed).

To be eligible for a refund you need to contact us (info@montessorichoice.com) with pieces of evidence (photos or videos) showing the defect or that the incorrect item was delivered to you.

We recommend describing your issue with as much detail as possible.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (mostly 15 working days).

We will follow up at any step of your refund file.

Customer satisfaction is our goal!

 

Note: Due to the Coronavirus Crisis the Logistics are suffering, the customs controls are overloaded and most of the shipment are slower than normal. We hope that everything will soon come back to normality and in the meanwhile we kindly ask for your understanding. We want to underline that, once shipped, we have no more control on the shipping and no refund will be issued for delayed deliveries.

The producer makes every single item with care and interest giving its best. That is why we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, contact us within 5 days of receipt of items to work something out. If for any reason your shipment never reached its destination and returned to us, we can arrange another delivery or we can issue a refund on the cost of the product. In any case, we can refund or arrange another delivery only after the product has arrived in our warehouse.
