Due to the Coronavirus Crisis the Logistics are suffering, the customs controls are overloaded and most of the shipment are slower than normal. We hope that everything will soon come back to normality and in the meanwhile we kindly ask for your understanding.

We are offering a complete handmade products catalog. The items are crafted by little businesses around the globe and a lot of them are made after your order. The production time is specified in each product description.
When possible the items are shipped in a plastic-free package.
All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24/48 hours after the order is placed.
The tracking number of your packet will be shared with you as soon as your products are shipped.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
